Excellent for elderly mothers garden path - also can decide how high/low to put in ground and ensure finally i dont trip over the cat/dog/brush on an otherwise dark pathway.

Yes, they technically work but the output is very weak, less bright than a small candle.
You'll not be lighting up the garden like Wembley stadium with these puppies

Although a nice visual decorative design they are useless as garden lights.
The output light is very low such that they are difficult to see accross a 30 foot garden. Also, they only stay on for a coulple of hours.
They are definitely NOT reccomended.

I bought these lights to light up my family graves.
I put them in my garden first to make sure they all worked which they all did.As it is only March there is not much sun light but after a few days they began to light up and then got stronger by the day. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them.

The lights, for the money, are good - sturdy design ; nice white light, although decorative - don't use them to see too far away from them ; difficult to gauge length of time lights stay on for, since these cold winter days theres not enough daylight to fully charge.
